Here's What To Expect From Tonight's Episode Of SMACKDOWN Ahead Of Next Week's BACKLASH PPV

WWE has released a full preview for tonight's episode of SmackDown, and... there's really not a whole lot happening to be perfectly honest.

The Women's Tag-Team Championships will be on the line as Bayley and Sasha Banks attempt to regain the titles from Alexa Bliss and Nikki Cross. They probably won't win, but it might still be worth watching to see if dissension between The Boss and the SmackDown Women's Champion continues to be teased.

Aside from that, Daniel Bryan and AJ Styles will come face-to-face ahead of their Intercontinental Championship match next Friday. That bout was pre-taped, and is said to be something special. In addition, The Miz & John Morrison will issue a warning Braun Strowman as we build towards their Universal Championship handicap match at Backlash (yawn), and Jeff Hardy is expected to give update on last week's hit and run incident.

Although WWE hasn't confirmed this, there's also a decent chance new blue brand recruit Matt Riddle will drop by.

That's your lot. Tell us, so you plan on tuning in to SmackDown tonight, or do you have some freshly painted walls that need watching? Let us know in the usual place.
