As cool as it may be to see Charlotte Flair heading into WrestleMania with the SmackDown Women's Championship, there are at least two Superstars bound to be disappointed by the decision.

Asuka no longer has a match at the PPV and Dave Meltzer has now revealed that the plan was for Mandy Rose to challenge the Empress of Tomorrow at the Showcase of the Immortals. Unfortunately for them, Vince McMahon decided that fans simply wouldn't be interested in this bout when there are so many others on the card so he gave Charlotte the rub instead.

In fairness, Vince may have had a point as that likely would have been a Kickoff show match and it's one we've seen many times in recent months.

However, you have to feel for Rose as this would have been a huge moment for her. With any luck, she'll get another shot somewhere down the line.
