Here's Why Former NXT Champion Keith Lee's Entrance Music Was Changed For His RAW Debut

Former NXT Champion Keith Lee debuted on Raw last night to confront Randy Orton, and while the segment and subsequent match went very well, The Limitless One's new entrance music was, quite frankly, shite.

Fans much preferred Lee's previous NXT theme to the generic metal tripe that played him to the ring on Raw, and weren't shy about letting WWE know it on social media. It was widely assumed that Vince McMahon made the change just so he could put his own stamp on his newest acquisition, but it turns out there is a bit more to it.

According to Fightful, WWE is "urging" talent to switch the themes that were created by CFO$, who no longer work with the company because of some kind of botched deal which would give the publisher 50% of the royalties. While Lee did sign off on the change, several other Superstars completely rejected the new music.

So, it doesn't look like Lee's original theme will be coming back anytime soon, which is a massive shame. A wrestler's entrance music is a very important aspect of their overall presentation and character, and Keith's suited him perfectly. It might be easier to accept if the new tune wasn't so awful!

What do you guys make of this? Can you get on board with the new theme?
