Here's Why Paige Wasn't Present During Last Night's Episode Of SMACKDOWN To Confront Bayley

Ahead of last night's episode of SmackDown, WWE promised that Paige would make an appearance to confront SmackDown Women's Champion Bayley. Now, we have an explanation about her missing the show...

Former WWE Superstar Paige was supposed to appear during last night's episode of SmackDown in order to confront SmackDown Women's Champion Bayley. Well, she was nowhere to be seen, and ended up missing the show (which took place in the empty WWE Performance Center). 

Now, Paige has taken to twitter to explain that travel issues were to blame for her not being on SmackDown, something which probably shouldn't come as a surprise considering what's happening now.

WWE has reportedly gone to great lengths to help talent and people in production, hence why last night's SmackDown was held with a skeleton crew in place. Next week's RAW and NXT are also set to hail from the building as the company adheres to the rules being laid down in various states to try and halt the spread of the Coronavirus.
