Here's Why RAW Commentator Dio Maddin Still Hasn't Returned To The Monday Night Show

A few weeks ago, Dio Maddin decided to stand up to WWE Champion Brock Lesnar and ended up being out through the announce table courtesy of an F5. Now, we have details on why he's been missing from TV since...

Despite not appearing on RAW for the past couple of weeks, Dio Maddin remains part of the show's announce team according to PW Insider. He's been missing since the November 4th episode when he stood up for Jerry "The King" Lawler and wound up being put through a table as a result.

While there's been lots of speculation that WWE was considering going for a two-man booth on RAW with just Lawler and Vic Joseph (similar to SmackDown), that clearly isn't going to be the case.

Maddin's work hasn't been particularly well-received but it seems the plan for now is for guest commentators to sit at the table similar to what happened with Somoa Joe on Monday night. That may not be a good sign for Maddin because while he is still officially part of the team, that could change!

What do you guys think?
