Though there were rumors to the contrary, Becky Lynch will not be challenging Charlotte Flair for the SmackDown LIVE Women's Championship inside the steel structure at Hell in a Cell this Sunday, and now we know why.

It looks like the possibility was discussed, but according to Mike Johnson of PWInsiderElite.com there's a very simple and slightly infuriating reason why they'll now be having just a regular match: Vince McMahon, dammit!

“Vince didn’t want one, that’s why. They wanted Orton vs. Hardy in the cell, it’s that simple.”

It's undeniable that Charlotte and Becky's feud is hotter than Orton Vs. Hardy, so this decision doesn't appear to make any sense whatsoever. Still, both matches should be pretty good/great, at least.

Be sure to tune into Hell in a Cell this Sunday to find out how they p;lay out.
