Here's Why The Street Profits Still Aren't Wrestling On RAW Each Week

Ever since they first appeared on RAW, The Street Profits have remained in backstage segments in which they tell viewers about what else is coming up during the evening. It's an odd way to handle the current NXT Tag Team Champions, especially as they're putting over other Superstars rather than themselves.

Well, Dave Meltzer has now revealed that WWE is hoping to use those segments to get Angelo Dawkins and Montez Ford over with the crowd.

Adding them to the Tag Team Turmoil match on RAW wouldn't have made sense because they would have had to lose and that doesn't do them - or their titles - any favours. The idea is that fans will get used to them and that when they do eventually wrestle, it will feel like a big deal.

Time will tell whether that's something that works, of course.
