Here's Why There Was No Sign Of Ronda Rousey On This Week's Episode Of RAW

There was no sign of Ronda Rousey on RAW this week despite the fact she's been a full-time competitor since WrestleMania but it turns out that there's a very good reason for her absence. Read on for details!

WWE has confirmed that Ronda Rousey missed last night's episode of RAW because she's currently filming for Shark Week which kicks off on Discovery on Sunday, July 22nd. What her role in that will be remains to be seen but you can't fault the company for letting her do this, especially as anything which raises her profile as a celebrity is ultimately good for them and her role within WWE.

Now, while many fans will no doubt be quick to say that Rousey is doing a Brock Lesnar by taking some time off, bear in mind that she's set to be part of WWE's gruelling European tour next week!
