WWE Backlash was not necessarily a good night for the WWE.

The ‘critical’ response to the pay-per-view this past Sunday night has been mostly negative, with fans expressing their disappointment in both the in-ring wrestling and the overall booking of the PPV. Various videos have surfaced showing fans leaving during the Samoa Joe vs. Roman Reigns main event - surely an embarrassing moment for the company.

It’s been noted that the fleeing of fans did not go unnoticed by Vince McMahon.
