Hulk Hogan Says He's Talked To Vince McMahon About Having A Retirement Match At WRESTLEMANIA 36

Hulk Hogan is once again part of the WWE family and while he'll coach a team of wrestlers at Crown Jewel, he won't be stepping inside the ring. However, could that change at next year's WrestleMania?

The LA Times recently caught up with Hulk Hogan to discuss a number of topics and among them was the possibility that he might have one more match left in him. Apparently, the WWE Hall of Famer has indeed spoken to Vince McMahon about that and he would like his retirement bout to happen at WrestleMania 36 in his hometown of Tampa, Florida.

"I talked to Vince, and I said I really don’t know if I could live with myself knowing my last match was with TNA [Total Nonstop Action Wrestling]," he said. "If I can get fixed, I pray I can have one more match. I told Vince, ‘When I get through this back surgery, I’m going to get in the best shape of my life and we’re going to talk about me having one last retirement match.’"

That definitely sounds promising and while Hogan isn't necessarily at his fittest, it would be a spectacle to see him back in action. Surprisingly, he even knows who his final opponent should be!

"I’d love for it to be against Vince. I had such a great time with him in the ring at WrestleMania 19. I had no idea what to expect from him, but he’s a great bad guy. His timing is great. I loved wrestling him, but everything he does hurts. When you’re in the ring with someone and they’re hurting you, you kind of pinch them on the wrist, and the whole match I was doing that to Vince. I was like, ‘Vince, take it easy!’ Everything he does hurts, but I’d like to get in the ring with him one more time for my last match. That would be perfect."

Honestly, that match would probably be horrible. There are definitely better opponents for Hogan out there and a younger Superstar would probably be able to hide his weaknesses. Who do you guys think he should face? As always, let us know your thoughts on that in the comments section!
