If Brock Lesnar Doesn't Show Up On RAW Tonight, He'll Be Stripped Of The Universal Championship

It appears as if the Universal Championship scene is finally going to be cleared up on RAW tonight because General Manager Kurt Angle laid down an ultimatum to The Beast during Extreme Rules last night.

The last time Brock Lesnar defended the Universal Championship was at the Greatest Royal Rumble in April and he hasn't been seen on RAW since. Needless to say, fans are fed up with not seeing the show's flagship title defended on a regular basis and regardless of whether it's intended or not, there's now a great deal of apathy towards Lesnar, especially as he's made appearances for the UFC.

Thankfully, things are finally coming to a head because Kurt Angle has made it clear that The Beast has to show up on RAW tonight to agree to his next title defence or be stripped of the Universal Championship. This received a "Yes!" chant from those at Extreme Rules and it means that we could be just hours away from learning who Lesnar will end up facing at SummerSlam next month.

Roman Reigns was a very strong possibility until his defeat at the hands of Bobby Lashley, so who knows where things will go. Perhaps Strowman will cash in his Money in the Bank briefcase for a title shot at the event similar to what John Cena did a few years ago on RAW when he clashed with CM Punk. We'll have to wait and see but be sure to let us know your thoughts in the comments section.
