Chris Jericho's wrestling career is currently on fire, hence why it's so surprising he's not part of this year's Road to WrestleMania. Y2J did make an appearance at RAW 25 but hasn't been since. So, what's the deal with his current WWE status? Well, according to Dave Meltzer, if he is planning some sort of WWE return in 2018, it's not going to happen until the end of the summer at the very soonest.

Jericho will more than likely be working the New Japan Pro Wrestling Dominion event in June and then has another tour with Fozzy which is going to be held in Europe from July through mid-August.

As a result, there's no way to know for sure if Y2J is coming back to WWE in 2018 but it would be good to see him return at some point because his last run was so hot! In the meantime, at least we can find him on his podcast! Would you like to see him return to the company this year?
