Indie Wrestler Colt Cabana Has Filed A Lawsuit Against Former WWE Champion CM Punk

Colt Cabana (Scott Colton) has filed a $1.2 million lawsuit against CM Punk (Phil Brooks) over legal fees from the defamation lawsuit that WWE physician Chris Amann filed against them. The Chicago Tribune reports that Cabana claims in the lawsuit that Punk told him in a text message that his legal fees would be “100% covered”.

Punk allegedly asked for Cabana to pay half of the $513,736 that Cabana accumulated as part of the Amann lawsuit. Cabana reportedly responded with, “You are on your own.”
