Intercontinental Champion Seth Rollins Will Battle United States Champion Shinsuke Nakamura At SUVIVOR SERIES

It's been a weird year for Shinsuke Nakamura. The King of Strong Style won the Royal Rumble and went straight to WrestleMania to square off with AJ Styles for the WWE Championship. However, after losing, it was all downhill for the former NXT Champion and while he's since gained the United States title, he's barely featured on SmackDown Live these days and is very much a mid-card wrestler.

Things might be about to get better for him, though, as it was confirmed last night that we're getting a champion vs. champion match at Survivor Series which will pit Nakamura against Seth Rollins. 

That's something of a dream match for fans and while it's easy to imagine Rollins emerging victorious given the way they're booked, it will definitely be interesting seeing how things play out here.
