Is Baron Corbin's "Cinematic" Attempt To Murder Elias On SMACKDOWN A Sign Of What's To Come At 'MANIA?

This week on SmackDown, Baron Corbin threw Elias from the Performance Center's perch to the hard floor below. It was hokey and awful, and could be very similar to what's in store for us at WrestleMania

Oh dear. Last night on SmackDown, we may have been given some idea of what to expect from these "cinematic" matches that are currently being filmed for WrestleMania next weekend, as Baron Corbin attacked Elias and threw his from the Perch in the WWE PC.

Elias fell at least 15 feet straight onto his back to the hard floor, accompanied by a ridiculous "whoosh" sound effect. They stopped just short of adding a "splat" when he landed or going full on Wiley Coyote with a a cloud of dust, so we should probably be thankful for small mercies.

Look, we get that these guys are doing the best they can under very difficult circumstances, but with the lack of a live crowd they should be trying to make things look more realistic, not less. This was just laughable any way to want to cut it, and we're dreading what's to come.
