We got a number of expected NXT call-ups this past week and it seems with the Superstar Shakeup imminent, more could soon be coming. According to Dave Meltzer, one flamboyant wrestler in particular has been suggested for a call up.

Meltzer wrote the following,

This may not happen, but the name that has been mentioned to me by a few people that they are debating bringing up imminently is Velveteen Dream. There are differing schools of thought on it.

Velveteen Dream has been a stand out in NXT since his memorable feud with Aleister Black. While it seems like he’ll first be feuding with the NXT newcomer and indie sensation Ricochet, Dream is indeed ready for the main roster. The main concern, however, is that Vince McMahon may not "get" his appeal and change the gimmick.
