Is This The Current Plan For The Intercontinental Title Picture At WRESTLEMANIA 34?

This past Monday, all signs pointed to the Miz defending his Intercontinental title against Seth Rollins and Finn Balor in a triple threat match. However, reports indicate a different match may be on the cards.

Back in January, rumors swirled that Braun Strowman would be challenging the Miz for the Intercontinental championship at WrestleMania. Along the way, plans seemed to change as rumors started suggesting that Finn Balor would be the one to take on The Awesome One for his title at the showcase of the immortals.

This seemed to be all-but confirmed as Balor defeated the Miz in a non-title match this past Monday on RAW, indicating that he will indeed be facing the multi time IC champ at 'Mania. However, that victory came after Seth Rollins fhad already defeated The Miz.

Rollins was originally supposed to be facing Jason Jordan at the big event, but an injury sidelined the Superstar and put an end to that match.

Now, it sounds like The Miz will be defending his title in a Fatal 5 Way match at WrestleMania 34 - at least according to Justin Barrasso of Sports Illustrated. The match is currently scheduled to feature Miz, Elias, Braun Strowman, Seth Rollins and Finn Balor.

Just a rumor for now, but we should find out more on this very soon.
