When 205 Live launched, WWE made a big deal out of including the Cruiserweight division on RAW. Those segments quickly bombed and when the Tuesday night show was overhauled, the Superstars all vanished from the main roster (aside from sporadic appearances at PPVs like the WrestleMania Kickoff show and the Greatest Royal Rumble in what proved to be rather forgettable affairs).
So, what is the current status of the division and will they be returning to RAW? Well, Dave Meltzer was asked on Twitter about that and confirmed that there are no plans for them to show up there.
Despite that, the Cruiserweights are still doing dark matches on Mondays and touring with the red brand for house shows. For whatever reason, the decision has clearly been made to keep them off RAW and let 205 Live be its own thing. That's all well and good, of course, but it won't do much to win fans back if they don't see anything of them on the main roster and keeps its audience rather limited.
