It Looks Like Kairi Sane Is Being Lined Up As The Next Challenger For Asuka's RAW Women's Title

Well, this was a surprise. If Asuka retains the Raw Women's Championship against Sasha Banks at Extreme Rules, it looks like her Kabuki Warriors partner Kairi Sane may be next in line for a title shot.

Asuka will put her Raw Women's Championship on the line against Sasha Banks at The Horror Show at Extreme Rules, and if she retains, it looks like her friend and Kabuki Warriors tag-team partner might be next in line.

The Warriors appeared on Raw Talk after failing to win the WWE Women's Tag-Team Championships from Banks and Bayley in the main event, and the segment was notable for Kairi Sane telling the Empress of Tomorrow that she is "ready for Asuka" should she successfully defend the gold at the PPV. Asuka appeared to be taken aback at first, but seemed to agree to the match.

This is obviously far from official, but it would be odd for a match like this to be teased and not followed up on. It would be a shame for The Kabuki Warriors to split, but things still seem to be on friendly terms... for now.

Is this a match you guys would be interested in seeing? Let us know in the usual place.
