It Looks Like Samoa Joe Is Being Lined Up As The Next Challenger For Kofi Kingston's WWE Championship

It's looking likely that Samoa Joe will emerge as the new No. 1 contender for the WWE Championship after the events of this week's Raw.

After Kofi Kingston managed to defeat both Sami Zayn and Kevin Owens in back-to-back matches, Joe attacked from behind as he was making his way up the ramp. The Samoan Submission Machine delivered a brutal Uranage to Kofi on the steel, before returning to lock on the Coquina Clutch and unmercifully choke the champ out.

Nobody really expected Dolph Ziggler to defeat Kingston for the title, but Joe represents a much more serious threat, and this should be a very exciting feud.

Do you think the brass will give Joe a run with the WWE Championship? Sound off down below.
