Lana recently revealed that E! executives decided to ax her and hubbie Rusev's appearances in future seasons of Total Divas after getting feedback that they were "strongly disliked" by the show's target demographic, and it looks like the network has already found a replacement for The Ravishing Russian.

SmackDown LIVE Superstar Sonya Deville called into AfterBuzz TV to discuss her big Elimination Chamber tag-team match this Sunday, and officially announced that she will be a cast member for season 9 of the show.

“Part of being a WWE Superstar to me is showing the fans what happened outside of the ring," the former MMA fighter told the show. "Who I am in the ring, and in my personal life, is important to defining my character. I am tough for a reason. I have been through things and I am the person I am for a lot of reasons and I love sharing those stories for the fans because it’s relatable.”

“And on that topic, I’ll be on Season 9 of Total Divas, which is something I am super excited about.”

Deville also revealed that filming is set to commence for season 9 this week. The rest of the cast better be ready to put their hair up and square up!
