It Looks Like We Now Know Why So Many Female NXT Superstars Were Called Up To The Main Roster At Once

Over the past two nights on RAW and SmackDown LIVE, 5 female NXT Superstar made their main roster debuts. Is is because WWE is planning an all-female Royal Rumble, or is there a far more simple explanation?

When Paige returned to RAW this past Monday she brought NXT's Mandy Rose and Sonya Deville along with her, then last night on SmackDown, Ruby Riot, Sarah Logan and Liv Morgan also debuted and wreaked a little havoc.

At the time, many speculated that this would all lead to the female Royal Rumble we;ve been hearing rumors of, but as it turns out, the reason is much more simple.

According to ProWrestlingSheet.com, Vince McMahon made the decision to call up multiple NXT women shortly after the Mae Young Classic took place because he felt like the women’s divisions had been getting stale. This makes a lot of sense, because.. well, it's impossible to argue with! We've been seeing the same pairings and feuds going around and around in circles for months now.

Hopefully these double-tough ladies manage to give the division the boost it needs.
