We hadn't seen Shane McMahon for a few months prior to his very entertaining return at SmackDown LIVE 1000 this past Tuesday, and it sounds like the blue brand's Commissioner may be sticking around for the foreseeable.

PWInsider is reporting that Shane’s appearance on the show marked his official return to WWE TV, and he will be worked into storylines as a regular fixture on the program moving forward.

What WWE has planned for Shane O'Mac remains to be seen, but there's a decent chance we'll see him inserted into an angle for another Team SmackDown elimination match at Survivor Series next month.
