There have been rumours for quite some time now that UFC icon Ronda Rousey could be WWE bound but things took a very interesting turn recently when she confronted three of WWE's Horsewomen Charlotte Flair, Bayley and Becky Lynch alongside Jessamyn Duke and Marina Shafir at a recent taping of the Mae Young Classic. So, what does that mean for the future?

Well, in the latest edition of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Dave Meltzer reveals that the plan is for the storyline with the duelling "Four Horsewomen" groups to continue at the Mae Young Classic finals which are going to be taped tomorrow in Las Vegas. That could then lead to a Horsewomen (Charlotte, Bayley, Lynch and Sasha Banks) vs. Horsewomen (Rousey, Shayna Baszler, Duke, Shafir) match at Survivor Series.

From there, it's possible that Rousey will have a singles match at WrestleMania with the two most likely possibilities being Stephanie McMahon (who she already exchanged blows on the Grandest Stage of Them All a few years back) or Charlotte. We'll just have to wait and see but with Rousey's UFC career clearly at an end, it makes perfect sense for her to now make the leap to WWE.
