It Sounds Like Jason Jordan's WWE Career May Be Officially Over

It's been a long time since we've seen Jason Jordan in WWE after he suffered a serious neck injury and a new report now claims that "Kurt Angle's son" is unlikely to ever step back inside the ring...

Jason Jordan was part of American Alpha with Chad Gable but when he was drafted to RAW, he soon found himself in a storyline where it was revealed that he was actually Kurt Angle's son. Needless to say, that didn't go down well with many fans and they quickly turned on the formerly popular Tag Team Champion.

Last year, Jordan was forced to vanish from TV (and that storyline) after it was revealed that he would need neck surgery. While there have been rumblings about an in-ring return since then, he's been working as a backstage producer since last summer.

Well, Dave Meltzer has weighed in with an update in the latest Wrestling Observer Newsletter and he says that during his time away from the ring, there's now a feeling in WWE that Jordan's career as a wrestler is over. It's possible things could change but seeing as he's been M.I.A. on TV since last February, that seems doubtful.

Needless to say, we wish Jason all the best moving forward!
