Jason Jordan May Be Looking To Transition To Backstage Role As His In-Ring Career Is Now In Doubt

When Jason Jordan was moved to RAW and revealed to be Kurt Angle's "son," it was clear WWE had big plans for the former Tag Team Champion. Unfortunately, all of those came to a crashing halt when he suffered a neck injury which put him on the shelf. While it was thought that he might return back in July, that never happened and it was seemingly down to those issues not going away.

Now, PW Insider reports that Jordan was backstage at production meetings at the RAW after SummerSlam, shadowing producers and learning the ropes in order to take on a role backstage.

Tyson Kidd has found success behind the scenes after suffering a career-ending injury but it's still incredibly sad to see Jordan's run come to an end like this, especially as he's incredibly talented and still had a lot to give. It's said that Matt Hardy was also there as he too is now looking to end his in-ring career due to nagging injuries. As always, we'll keep you updated on both men in the coming weeks.
