According to a new report from PWInsider, Jeff Hardy will appear in Moore County Court in North Carolina tomorrow as he faces charges of Driving While Impaired.

Back in October, the former Tag Team Champion was arrested in Moore County and it was only last summer that he was also arrested for public intoxication and impairment in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. As of right now, he's currently out of action from WWE and is recovering from knee surgery which, at the time, was reportedly going to keep him out of action for 6 - 9 months.

As a result, we have no idea how this will impact his standing with WWE but the company rarely comments on situations like these other than to say Superstars are responsible for their own actions.

We'll be sure to keep you guys updated as sentencing is handed out tomorrow.
