According to TMZ, the police who stopped Jeff Hardy when he was recently arrested for a DWI noted that he had a bloody nose. The former WWE Tag Team Champion told officers that it occurred after an earlier "fight" with his wife.

Hardy was arrested on October 3rd after police were tipped off about a careless and reckless driver. His car was then found in front of a liquor store and Hardy was seen walking out of it with a case of beer in hand. The police then followed him as he got into his car and pulled him over when he started wearing in and out of the traffic lane.

The officer who pulled him over noticed "what seemed to be dried blood on his nose" and "the driver advised that him and his wife got into a fight."

Hardy refused to take a breathalyzer so the police had to get a search warrant in order to take a blood sample. While he isn't being investigated for a domestic violence incident, this really doesn't bode well for the popular WWE Superstar ahead of his return.
