Jeff Hardy Reveals What He Wants To Accomplish In WWE Before Retiring From In-Ring Competition

As Matt Hardy takes some time off to assess a number of nagging injuries, Jeff Hardy continues feuding with Randy Orton on SmackDown Live in a rivalry which is very much in its infancy. During a recent interview, Jeff talked about what he hopes to accomplish in WWE before he calls it quits on wrestling and it's fair to say that fans will definitely be on board with what the Charismatic Enigma has planned.

"I definitely want to be in a Hell in the Cell match," he revealed just weeks before Hell in a Cell takes place. "That’s one match I’ve never been a part of. And definitely I want to be in a ‘Deletion’-style match, like Matt and Bray did the Ultimate Deletion on our property. Hopefully we’ll get to do another one, one of these days. I can bring Brother Nero back to life."

There will only be two Hell in a Cell matches on the show and while it seems likely that Braun Strowman vs. Roman Reigns will be one of them, we don't know what's happening with SmackDown Live.

As for what else Hardy has in mind, he's hoping for one final world title run. "I would definitely, before I’m done, like to be the world champion. I think I’ve got what it takes. I’ve just got to stay healthy and avoid injury, that’s No. 1. And if I can do that, I think I’m good to go for a couple more title runs. Again, it’s like I said … belief and hope and faith." Will it happen? We'll see.
