Jey Uso was arrested on Sunday in Texas for driving while intoxicated. The SmackDown Live Tag Team Champion was released shortly after being arrested and was in the area for a WWE Live event the previous day. He's far from the first wrestler to get a DWI but it's not a good time for this to happen seeing as its WWE Week on Nickelodeon and he's part a sweepstakes prize!

WWE has issued a statement on the matter which reads, "Joshua Fatu is responsible for his own personal actions. We are investigating the matter and awaiting information from local law enforcement officials." The question is, will he be punished in any way? Jey and his brother will defend their titles at the Royal Rumble PPV and they have big WrestleMania dreams.

After all, The Usos have never been featured on that show's main card and if they end up losing the titles before then, chances are they'll be on the Kickoff show yet again. It seems we'll just have to wait and see but it ultimately depends on how over the limit he was and what comes next.
