With Jimmy Uso on the injured list, Jey Uso stepped up as a singles star in WWE and ultimately became closely allied with his cousin Roman Reigns. Recently, Jimmy has made his return, and the company teased tension between the three family members before the former Tag Team Champion came around to the Head of the Table's way of thinking.

Now, though, it's been revealed that Jimmy, real name Jonathan Fatu, was arrested for DUI in Pensacola, Florida on Monday night around 10.35pm. He allegedly ran a red light at 50mph in a 35mph zone, and when the police pulled the SmackDown Superstar over, they could smell alcohol.

Noticeably swaying after getting out of his car, Jimmy reportedly told the cops that he had drank "multiple" beers before getting behind the wheel. He failed the field sobriety tests and his BAC breath tests came back at .202 and .205...which is way over Florida's legal limit of .08.

Booked on a misdemeanour DUI charge in addition to citations for speeding and running a red light, Jimmy is currently in jail with a $500 bond. This is the second time in the last two years this has happened, though a July would find him "Not Guilty" back in July 2019. WWE has yet to comment on the situation, but this could jeopardise his role in WWE.
