Jinder Mahal Claims To Have Gained 20lbs Of Muscle For His SURVIVOR SERIES Match With Brock Lesnar

It feels like it's been a while since we've seen Jinder Mahal in action but that will change tonight when he battles AJ Styles with the WWE Championship on the line. While it's possible that the Modern Day Maharajah will lose the title and miss out on the chance to battle The Beast, he's been preparing extra hard for the match and claims to have gained a whopping 20lbs of muscle before they square off.

"A lot of [my preparation] is physical because Brock is such a physical opponent. His hard-hitting style, his suplexes. He’s going to try and take me to suplex city. So definitely my conditioning. I’m going to be going into this match in the best possible shape of my life. Training very hard, dieting very hard.

"I’ve actually put on 20 pounds of muscle. I know it’s going to be a tough match and I’m going to be as heavy as possible so he can’t suplex me and toss me around. But like I said earlier, he’s underestimating me and I’m going to shock him and surprise him with my strength, my speed, my power and I’m going to have the Singh brothers with me, my advocates. So it’s going to be great."

That's taking bulking up to the extreme and should ensure that he's almost as powerful as Brock Lesnar when they come face to face. He'll need to be too as The Beast is well known for throwing his opponents around the ring and Mahal will have to do an awful lot to be on par with the Universal Champion in terms of sheer power. Either way, it's still hard to imagine him emerging victorious!
