John Cena Has Promised That He Will Appear At WRESTLEMANIA 35 In Some Capacity
John Cena only makes occasional appearances at WWE events these days, and there are even rumors that he may be retiring soon. However, The Franchise Playa has revealed that he will be at WrestleMania 35...
It looks like we will indeed see John Cena at WrestleMania 35 in New York... even if we have no idea what he'll actually be doing on the card just yet.
During a Q&A on The Today Show Radio, the multi-time WWE Champion was asked about a possible appearance on The Grandest Stage of Them all by a kid in attendance, and responded with the following.
"Where is WrestleMania 35? New York? I’m here right now, right? Do you- would you like to see me in WrestleMania 35? Then you know what, I was thinking about missing it, but because you want to see me there, I wouldn’t miss it for the world. I promise you I’ll be there. I promise.”
Since there's no way on earth John Cena would break a promise to a child, we're going to take this as confirmation that he'll be there in some capacity!
There are persistent rumors that Cena might be planning to retire soon, and the same goes for The Undertaker (for good this time). Is a Career Vs. Career match a possibility, perhaps?
We're obviously getting way ahead of ourselves, but let us know what you think down below.
