John Cena is scheduled for live events later this month and in early January but it's now been confirmed that none of his appearances will actually be on WWE television. "I was given the choice of taking one month to catch my breath and live what I would call a normal life. It took me about two seconds to turn that down," he confirmed, hyping his return at MSG on December 26th.
"None of these shows are televised. I’m literally just doing it because I want to get back to a place I feel most comfortable and to working with people I can call my family. And I want to have some fun." That's fair enough and while some fans will be disappointed to learn that he won't be on TV, there's something very suspect about when the month he's talking ends if you think about it.
Cena should definitely be back in time for the Royal Rumble and it wouldn't be remotely surprising for the leader of the Cenation to be a surprise entrant. As always, stay tuned for further updates.
