John Morrison Returns To In-Ring Action Against Big E Next Week On SMACKDOWN

John Morrison appeared briefly on last week's episode of SmackDown, but we saw a lot more of him last night when he joined his friend and former tag-team partner The Miz as a guest on Miz TV.

The Shaman of Sexy was a little out of sorts on the mic, and actually seemed to forget his lines at one point. His charisma carried him through, however, and the fans seemed happy to have him back.

The Miz took on Kofi Kingston after the segment, and Morrison got involved by hitting Big E with an awesome somersault kick on the outside. This led to Miz scoring the pin, and a match between John and E being set up for next week's show.

It looks like Morrison has taken on a heelish role for the time being, and will likely team-up with The Miz for a series of matches against The New Day.
