Kairi Sane Defeats Shayna Baszler In The Final Match Of The Inaugural WWE MAE YOUNG CLASSIC

In an outcome nobody really expected, Japan's "Pirate Princess" Kairi Sane managed to defeat former UFC fighter Shayna Baszler in the finals of The Mae Young Classic.

Though The "Queen of Spades" dominated for the majority of the match and almost forced Sane to tap-out with her vicious choke-hold, the resourceful technical wrestler managed to injure her opponent's ribs and worked on them until she was finally able to hit her stunning diving elbow drop for the win.

After the match, Baszler uncharacteristically hugged Sane and congratulated her, much to the delight of the Las Vegas crowd.
