Over the weekend, news broke that Kairi Sane had suffered an injury during a pre-taped match with Nia Jax, and the former NXT and Women's Tag-Team Champion has now shared a look at the nasty looking laceration to her forehead via Twitter.

The match aired on Raw last night, and while the camera cut away from any blood-letting, we did see the moment Sane was thrown into the steel steps by The Irresistible Force. Apparently, Jax was not to blame for what happened as Kairi was the one that mistimed the spot, but, to be honest, it looked to us like Nia simply grabbed the smaller Superstar and flung her into the steps without much consideration.

Maybe that's not what happened, but it wouldn't be the first time Jax has shown such disregard for her opponents, would it?

At any rate, Kairi is not expected to be seriously hurt and reportedly won't need to take any time off.
