We have some exciting news today as it's been confirmed that Kane is set to return to in-ring action for WWE. The Devil's Favourite Demon is being advertised for upcoming live events in Bossier City, LA on August 23rd and August 24th in Lafayette, LA at the Cajundome.
As of right now, Braun Strowman is listed as Kane's opponent and AJ Styles vs. Ricochet for the United States Championship is set to headline both shows.
This marks Kane's first match since he teamed up with The Undertaker last year to face Triple H and Shawn Michaels in Saudi Arabia. It's unclear whether this is Kane's way of preparing for his in-ring return or simply wants to get back in the squared circle. Given how poor attendance has been for house shows lately, WWE may also be trying to drive up ticket sales.
