This past Sunday's Extreme Rules PPV drew a lot of negative reviews from fans, not necessarily because of the quality of the matches, but due to some of the questionable booking decisions which were made during the course of the show. Titles changed hands in finishes it was obvious would be changed the next night, and a lot of winners and losers just didn't make sense.

One of those strange decisions came when Sasha Banks challenged Asuka for the RAW Women's Championship. The Empress of Tomorrow inadvertently sprayed mist into the referees eyes leading to The Boss pinning her with Bayley counting the 1-2-3.

Now, Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful Select is reporting that during the match, "there were some production snafus that set Kevin Dunn off." It's not specified what that was, but it's believed Dunn was likely upset that the cameras kept catching Bayley in spots where they weren't actually supposed to.

Sapp adds that the situation "wasn’t significant, but enough to get Dunn to shout at people over it for not protecting talent."

WWE will have Asuka and Banks square off in a rematch for the RAW Women's Championship on next Monday's RAW as WWE continues attempting to counter declining ratings.
