SmackDown Live kicked off with the first SmackDown Town Hall in which a number of Superstars got on the mic to address their concerns with Shane McMahon's leadership. You can see some highlights from that below but the real talking point here is that Kevin Owens made a surprise appearance to hit Shane with a Stone Cold Stunner.

Later in the night, he was booked to face Dolph Ziggler but Owens soon found himself surrounded by heels and pulled out of the ring by McMahon.

However, the former Universal Champion quickly managed to hit Shane with yet another Stunner and then made his escape as McMahon swore revenge. As expected, the stage is being set for these two to battle each other at SummerSlam where Shane will presumably be sent packing once and for all!
