Kofi Kingston Is Still The WWE Champion After A Grueling Steel Cage Match At STOMPING GROUNDS

As expected, Kofi Kingston retained the WWE Title at Stomping Grounds after a hard-hitting steel cage match against Dolph Ziggler. Kofi didn't win in decisive fashion, but it was a very creative finish!

Kofi Kingston is still WWE Champion after retaining his title in a still cage match at Stomping Grounds.

It was a typical back-and-forth match for the most part, but the finish was awesome. Dolph had almost managed to crawl through the cage door after incapacitating his opponent, but just before he reached the ground, Kofi dove through the ropes all the way to the floor to win the match and hold on to the gold.

Truth be told, nobody was really that excited for this match (Dolph was never gonna win, after all), but these guys still managed to pull off a fairly exciting encounter. Let's hope Kofi gets a new challenger now, and it's someone that will be viewed as a credible threat to his championship reign.
