These days, WWE Hall of Famer Kurt Angle serves as a producer behind the scenes in WWE after officially retiring from in-ring competition during last year's WrestleMania. Now, during a Facebook Q&A, the Olympic Gold Medallist has shared his thoughts on how wrestlers can learn from the mistakes he made during his storied career.

"If I would have taken care of my body more (stretching, massages, yoga, ice and heat therapy, supplements), I would probably it feel much better," Angle admitted. "I abused my body in the ring and never took care of myself the way I should have."

Angle definitely serves as a good example of what today's Superstars shouldn't do, and now that he has a role behind the scenes, that's knowledge he can pass on to the next generation of wrestlers.

During the same Q&A, Angle also shared one of his biggest regrets and admitted that he wishes he could have stepped into the squared circle with the legendary Bret Hart. "Unfortunately, Bret got hurt and then had a stroke," he said. "But I always wanted to work with him. He was one of the best."

What do you guys think of Angle's comments? Would him facing Hart be a dream match for you too?
