Kurt Angle Will Have His Final SMACKDOWN LIVE Match This Tuesday...Against AJ Styles

While fans remain optimistic that Kurt Angle will get a new opponent at WrestleMania, it's now been revealed that his final SmackDown Live match will be against one of his greatest TNA rivals: AJ Styles.

There's still hope among fans that Kurt Angle will get a new opponent at WrestleMania after we learned last week that he will square off with Baron Corbin. The fan backlash has been significant and while the majority would like to see John Cena become involved in that bout, there is nothing pointing to that being the case as of right now.

In the meantime, WWE has announced that Angle will square off with AJ Styles on this Tuesday's episode of SmackDown Live

These two have wanted to square off with each other for a while now in WWE but this match means they get to renew their rivalry from when they were in TNA. Seeing as they both have noteworthy matches at the Showcase of the Immortals, it will be very interesting seeing how this one is booked.

For Angle's last bout on the blue brand, this is a great pick and somewhat makes up for what we'll see at WrestleMania next month.
