WWE has announced that WWE Hall of Famer Kurt Angle will face United States Champion Samoa Joe in a non-title match during tonight's RAW.
While Joe is obviously a SmackDown Live Superstar, this is a dream WWE match for TNA fans who spent years watching these two go to war. Tomorrow night, the Olympic Gold Medallist is going to square off with AJ Styles ahead of his match at WrestleMania against, ugh, Baron Corbin.
Rumours continue to persist that Angle will get a new opponent at the Showcase of the Immortals and you have to hope that will happen later.
Unfortunately, the signs aren't pointing to that being the case right now and a lot of fans are going to be disappointed if they're hoping for a change.
