It looks like Ethan Carter III is indeed on his way to WWE.

Amid persistent rumors and speculation that the former Impact Wrestling star would be returning to the company he got his start in many years ago, PW Insider reports that he was spotted at the Performance Center, which pretty much confirms that he's on board.

Will EC3 claim a spot in The Royal Rumble, or will they hold off on introducing him until NXT Takeover: Philadelphia. perhaps? Keep an eye on TRR for updates.
