Angel and Berto are finally champions.
This past Sunday, AAA held their TripleMania Regia show and there was a four way tag team match for the AAA Tag Team tiles. Nueva Generacion Dinamita (Sanson & Forastero) walked in as champions, but Los Garza emerged victorious, cementing their first tag title run in AAA.
The match was pure athleticism and insanity from the moment the belt rang. The finish almost saw Psycho Clown and Pagano win the titles, but the Nemeth brothers pulled the referee out of the ring mid count. Psycho Clown and Pagano took out Nic and Ryan with a double dive outside of the ring. That left Los Garza and the former AAA Tag Champions along. Angel and Berto hit their tag team finisher and got the three count.
It ended a 85 day tag team title run for Nueva Generacion Dinamita. This was quite the big moment for Los Garza since many see them as an underrated duo in WWE. Both men are really talented and it should be fun to see how there title reign goes in the Lucha Libre promotion.
That was the only title change of the night. Hijo del Vikingo successfully defended the AAA Mega Championship against Alberto El Patron, though under controversial circumstances. The match was plagued with interference from both sides; however, the finish saw El Patron get his comeuppance. As Vikingo was climbing the cage, Alberto grabbed his foot, but Latin Lover turned on Alberto by handcuffing him to the ropes. Vikingo was able to successfully escape the cage and retain the AAA Mega Championship.

- AAA Mega Championship - Steel Cage Match: Hijo del Vikingo (c) (w/ King Vikingo & Latin Lover, Octagon Jr., Niño Hamburguesa & Laredo Kid) def. Alberto El Patron (w/ El Mesias & JBL of El Ojo).
