During a non-televised SmackDown Live event last night, a backstage segment saw Mandy Rose and Sonya Deville announce that they will be competing in this month's women's Royal Rumble match.

They now join a line-up which includes Carmella, Natalya, Bayley, Sasha Banks, Ember Moon, Ruby
Riott, Sarah Logan, and Liv Morgan. More names will obviously be added in the next couple of weeks.

Last year's first-ever women's Royal Rumble match was won by Asuka and she ended up on the losing end of
a bout against Charlotte Flair at WrestleMania 34 for the SmackDown Women's title.
