Mandy Rose On Whether She's Had To Work Twice As Hard In WWE Due To Her Looks - EXCLUSIVE

Mandy Rose is WWE's "Golden Goddess" and someone Sonya Deville has dubbed a "Barbie doll," but does she feels she's had to work twice as hard in order to make an impact in the wrestling world due to her looks?

Mandy Rose has developed quite the fanbase since debuting in Tough Enough, and is now one of SmackDown's top stars alongside Mr. Money in the Bank, Otis. No longer paired with Sonya Deville, it's looking like a single run could be on the cards for her, and when we recently caught up with the Golden Goddess, we asked about some of those comparisons to Trish Stratus.

The main one, of course, is that she's only in WWE for her looks, and Rose addressed whether she feels she's had to work twice as hard in the ring to prove the doubters wrong.

"That was always a thing in the beginning when I first started," she explained. "Trish had the same tribulations to get through as well. We're both from the fitness world and were models, and people have this idea that 'You're just a model,' but have you ever seen a model and an athlete at the same time? That's possible. It's just ignorance, to be honest. People just assume that you can't do both, but I've proven myself up until this point and I've proven myself that you can have both and you don't just have to be a pretty face. Why can't you have both?"

It's a great point, and Rose certainly seems to be making quite the impact on Friday nights by putting in some great ring work. Check out a recent Instagram post from her below:
