On Wednesday, it was reported that both Mike and Maria Kanellis have asked for their releases from WWE.

Maria has responded to the rumors on social media, essentially saying don’t believe everything you hear:

Maria also responded to fans claming that the couple should be grateful for having a job after Mike was going through his addiction during his time in the company and the 205 Live star taking a brief hiatus from the WWE due to her pregancy:

The couple has been with the company since 2017 and if rumors were to be true, Mike came into the company with heat from management due to his physical shape.

During Maria’s time off from the company due to pregnancy, the company rarely used her husband on television. The couple recently made the transition to 205 Live, but both are reportedly unhappy with their current position in the company.
