Matt Hardy Has Been Quietly Moved From The RAW Roster Over To FRIDAY NIGHT SMACKDOWN

WWE has made some changes on its roster page on WWE.com and the most noteworthy alteration is the fact Matt Hardy has been moved from RAW to SmackDown. No explanation has been given but it appears the company has simply decided that he will be better utilised as part of the blue brand.

Hardy returned to the squared circle after some injury scares a few weeks ago and has primarily been used to put over younger talent. There have been rumblings that he's unhappy with his position in the company and with his contract set to expire on March 1st, speculation continues running rampant that he'll leave WWE as he wants to be used in a more satisfying manner.

This move to SmackDown could be related to that, of course, but we've not seen much of Hardy lately so it seems somewhat unlikely. If Matt does leave, Jeff won't be coming with him as his contract has been frozen due to a series of injuries which have kept him off the road.
